KX-FOREST KARUIZAWA-Kajima’s corporate resort in Izuminosato, Karuizawa-, a wellness retreat located in Izuminosato, Karuizawa, Japan, is set on a company-owned site that preserves a rich natural environment. Villa-style accommodations are thoughtfully arranged to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, creating a serene and high-quality resort space nestled within a tranquil forest.

Sylvia H. Rambo United States Courthouse

The Sylvia H. Rambo United States Courthouse project is located in Harrisburg, PA, managed by the United States General Services Administration (GSA). Immediately prior to construction of the project, the existing conditions of the land included a surface level, paved parking lot with no buildings, wetlands, or VSPZs on site. Design decisions around landscape, programmatic, and functional needs of the site were largely informed by the project goals: Connect to community context, manage rainfall on site, maximize and restore landscape, and take advantage of the sloping site.

Gran Parque Condesa

Gran Parque Condesa is a sustainably designed urban park located in Juárez, Nuevo León, Mexico. Developed by Terra Regia, it serves as a central amenity within the larger Valle Condesa macro project a residential development recognized with the prestigious America Property Award 2024–2025 in the “Mixed-Use Development” category. Mandai Wildlife West and Bird Paradise

The SITES Silver certified Mandai Wildlife West and Bird Paradise are part of an ambitious project which will see the precinct transform into an exciting for our guests to enjoy and connect with nature. Mandai Wildlife West serves as the gateway to Bird Paradise and Rainforest Wild Asia. It features a landscaped deck connecting visitors seamlessly between the two wildlife parks.

Nina Park

The SITES Gold-certified Nina Park, located in Tsuen Wan and adjacent to Nina Tower, Nina Mall, and Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, is a revitalization project by Chinachem Group. It is built on "leftover" land above a bus terminus that connects Nina Tower and Nina Mall. As the first and only wood fossil park in Hong Kong, Nina Park aims to provide visitors with an “edutainment experience” through a range of community and public educational programs infused with fossil knowledge.

ADX Fukushima Head Office

The SITES Gold certified head office of ADX, a sustainable architecture company, is located in Fukushima Prefecture in Japan. This project site is surrounded by a rich natural environment including agricultural fields overlooking the Adatara Mountains. Given the abundance of nature and original landscape, the biodiversity observed on the site is very rich for all vegetation, insects and other living organisms. The deep-rooted company philosophy, “With the Forest,” was thus nurtured.
